CLIS operates exclusively through passive monitoring of publicly accessible sources, including exposed dumps, open repositories, forums and indexed leak collections.
We do not purchase, trade or incentivize the commercialization of leaked databases. All information indexed by CLIS already exists in publicly reachable environments.
